Timeline & Budgets

Having knowledge of the total cost for your course and its duration is a key factor in deciding where and what course to study. We are on hand to provide and explain all of this information to you, including the best pathway for you to achieve your final goal.

Each country and institution will have varying intake dates, this will need to coincide with your application process which will need to be planned into a set timeline to match.

Location, Location, Location

An important but sometimes forgotten factor when deciding on your course is the location you will be based. Each campus is different, some are based in lively city centres while others can be in quieter rural locations.

Our advisors can help talk you through this and judge which location may suit your personality and help you thrive during your studies.

Application Process

We are available to help throughout the application process. This includes help with the various documents required, completing application forms and submitting your application to your chosen college or university.

Following the submission of your application you should receive a response within 2-6 weeks. This will detail a place on the course in the form of an offer letter if you are successful.

Depending on the offer letter you receive, there may be further conditions for you to meet. This could include previous qualifications, proof of study or IELTS test results. When submitted and accepted you can officially accept the offer you have received from the institution.

Visa Application

We offer support and guidance for your student visa application. A student visa is required to allow you to study in New Zealand or Australia. This ensures you are allowed to enter the country and details how long you are allowed to stay and study for.

When to apply for a student visa?

You can start to apply for a student visa when you have had confirmation of enrolment at your chosen college or university.
The application process timeline can vary depending on country and it is advised to start the process as soon as you possibly can.

How to apply

When applying for a student visa it varies depending on the country you will be studying. Our advisors can detail what is required for specific countries, but most students will need to provide evidence of the following:

• An enrolment confirmation at a recognised university or college
• Proof of funds to cover; Tuition fees, Living costs (for you and any family members) for your stay during the year and the cost of airfares.
• Passport copies and validity requirements
• Evidence of English proficiency (IELTS)
• Health examinations and police checks

Our staff are experienced in helping students who wish to study overseas. We are available when required to help find the right course for you. Our aim is to help students and the next generation, so we always offer this advice free of charge.
